How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link. Some orders arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Express: 0–2 business days. Intermediate: 3–5 business days. Standard: 3–7 business days. Times include processing and are counted from order confirmation. See the Shipping Policy.
Can I return a hat?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and with their original tags. Every return must be authorized first, so please contact us before sending anything. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a change of mind. See the Return and Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping label. Do not use or return the item until we send you instructions.
How do I find my fitted hat size?
Measure around your head about 1/8 inch (3 mm) above your eyebrows and ears, then check the size guide on the product page.
